Curb to curb service is provided to locations within the Haysville City limits.
The Haysville Hustle Hustle will not operate on holidays observed by the city of Haysville.
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. If the Haysville Hustle is contacted less than 2 hours from the scheduled pick-up time, the rider will be considered a no show and subject to ??????????
The Haysville Hustle will attempt to accommodate wheelchairs and walkers.
Wheelchairs and other mobility devices cannot exceed ?? inches in length and ?? inches in width and no more than ??? pounds in total weight when occupied. The driver will secure the passengers in wheelchairs.
Program Enrollment forms must be completed prior to scheduling a ride on the Haysville Hustle. Enrollment forms may be picked up at the Haysville Senior Center, 106 E. Karla, completed over the phone by calling 316-529-5903 or online below.
Haysville Hustle's mission is to provide public transportation that is safe, affordable and accessible to all residents of the city of Haysville, thereby allowing regular and consistent access to goods, services and activities that promote a healthful and positive lifestyle.
Riders have the right to file a complaint regarding service. Contact the Haysville Hustle at 316-529-5903 to document the complaint. The complaint will be investigated by the Senior Center Director.
Call 316-529-5903 to schedule a ride. The cost is $2.00 one way or $4.00 round trip. Scheduling is between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm
Reservations must be made no less than 24 hours in advance and no more than 2 weeks in advance.
Reservations will only be accepted as long as time slots are available.
Rides are scheduled on a first come first served basis. Please note that not all requests may be accomodated.
Parents or guardians must schedule rides for children 10 years of age or younger. Riders younger than 11 must be accompanied by someone 18 years of age or older.
Rides are scheduled with a 20 minute pick-up window. Therefore, the bus may arrive 10 minutes prior to the pick-up time or 10 minutes after the pick-up time.
Upon arrival, the bus driver will wait no longer than 5 minutes.
If the rider has waited more than 15 minutes for the bus, please contact the Haysville Hustle at 316-529-5903.
The following rules are enforced for the safety and comfort of all Haysville Hustle riders. Inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated at any time.
No smoking, use of electronic cigarettes or personal vaping devices
No riding under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs
No obscene language, threatening or abusive (physical/verbal) actions toward other riders or the driver
No standing while the vehicle is in motion. Riders must remain properly seated at all times
no loud noises or movements that could distract the driver
No extending body parts out of the windows
No mor ethan five packages or bags are permitted
Shirt and shoes are required
Riders are required to pay for any damages they cause to the bus
Anyone with incontinence must be dry upon boarding the bus
RIDERS MUST OBEY ALL INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE DRIVER
The driver has the discretion to take action if a rider engages in persistent inappropriate or dangerous behavior. Riders who violate the rules are subject to suspension of service.
