Councilperson Rardin has lived in Haysville for more than 50 years.  He has been married to his wife Earlene for 48 years, and has three sons, three daughters-in-law, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  He works as a Facilities Supervisor for Family MedCenters and is a retired sergeant from the Leon Police Department.  Bob is a member of the Bethel Assembly of God and has served on the Haysville City Council for 15 years (2000-2004 and 2011-present).  He believes Haysville is a great place to live and raise a family.
