Infrastructure Improvement Assistance

The City of Haysville, through its economic development strategic planning process, has developed an Infrastructure Improvement Assistance Program to assist qualifying businesses within designated Target areas with up to 15% of infrastructure (water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street) project costs.  Design, construction and inspection costs are included.  Sales tax is not included.  Target areas are inside the City limits of Haysville and defined as: Broadway (US 81) Corridor; Main Street Corridor; Meridian Street Corridor; Grand Avenue Arterial; public and private Industrial Parks.  Large tracts (over 2.5 acres) of undeveloped property may also be eligible for extended special assessments or deferred payment of special assessments.
