Community Policing/Relations/School Resource Officer
Organizes neighborhood watch programs, block parties, and other community events to connect citizens and law enforcement together.
There are three officers assigned to the School Resource Officer Program. The officers are assigned to Campus High School, Haysville Alternative High School, and the Haysville Middle Schools. These officers also go to the Elementry Schools. The School Resource Officer Program is designed to bring a feeling of safety and security to the school as well as give parents, students, and staff access to another City resource located within the school.
Members of the Haysville Police Department teach D.A.R.E. to fifth grade students attending Haysville schools.
