Haysville Planning Commission
The Planning Commission is the body that reviews development proposals for compliance with the City Code and makes recommendations to the Governing Body in the following areas:
Plats and development plans proposed for property within the City Zoning and rezoning of property within the City Plats and development plans proposed for property within the City's area of influence, but outside of the City limits Zoning and rezoning of property within the City's area of influence, but outside of the City limits (recommendations are made to Sedgwick County) Vacation of platted setbacks, easements and rights-of-way on property located within the City MembersThe Commission consists of eleven members appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Governing Body.
MeetingsRegular meetings are held at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers at City Hall on the 2nd and 4th Thursday nights. The Commission meets only on the 2nd Thursday of the month in November and December.
