 Youth Soccer - Fall 2008

 

 

ENROLLMENT FORM

 

The Haysville Recreation Department will again be offering Fall youth soccer. Age divisions may be combined in order to accommodate the number of players needed to form teams. Volunteers are needed so get your parents involved and get signed up today! Head coaches (one) child plays for free with reimbursement at the end of the season.
 

Season: September 13 - October 25
 

Age/Division:
4 - 6 Yr Olds (3 on 3)
1st & 2nd Grade (4on 4)
3rd & 4th Grade (6 on 6)
5th & 6th Grade (6 on 6)
 

Game Days: Saturdays
Makeup Games: Sunday Afternoons
 

Fees (Fall Only): $35
(Includes T-Shirt Only)


Practices: Begin Week of September 1
NO FUNDRAISER REQUIRED!!

Saturday, August 23rd!!
