Youth Basketball Winter '08/'09

The Haysville Recreation Department will be offering Youth Basketball, for the Winter '08/'09 season. Volunteers are needed so get your parents involved and get signed up today! Head coaches (one) child plays for free with reimbursement at the end of the season.

**SPECIAL REQUESTS**

Coaches will be allowed his/her child(ren) PLUS one other player.

Coaches MUST make the REQUEST at the time of registration.

Other Special Accommodations MUST be noted at time of registration

(refers to NOT wanting to be on same team as another player/coach;

does not mean requesting to play with a friend).

Season: December 6 – February 7

(No games December 27 or January 3)

Age/Division:

4 - 6 Yr Olds (Instructional)

1st & 2nd Grade (Half Court)

3rd & 4th Grade (Half Court)

5th & 6th Grade (Full Court)

Eligibility: Grade as of August 2008

4-6 Yr Olds (Instructional)

Fees/Child: $25

(Includes T-Shirt Only)

Half-Hour Instructional Course

Location: Haysville Middle School Gymnasiums

Day: Saturdays

Time: 8:00am

All Other Divisions

Fees/Child: $40

(Includes T-Shirt Only)

Game Location: Haysville Middle School Gymnasiums

Game Days: Saturdays

MakeUp Games: Sunday Afternoons

Times: TBA

Registration Deadline: Saturday, November 8

($10 Late Fee after Deadline)

Coaches Meeting: Friday, November 14

Practices: Begin Week of November 17
